To place an order, browse our shop, click on the product you wish to purchase, and select ‘Add to Cart.‘ When you are ready, click the shopping cart icon at the top of the page, review your items, and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your order. How can I apply a coupon or discount code? You can enter your coupon or discount code on the Shopping Cart page or during Checkout. Please be sure to look for the field labeled ‘Coupon Code’ or ‘Apply Discount’ and click ‘Apply’ to see the discount reflected in your total. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer secure payment options via services such as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final except in the case of damage during shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
If your product arrives damaged, please email high-resolution images of the damage to alchemistsjourney.life@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order (as shown in the tracking confirmation). Once we verify the damage, we will issue a full refund or replacement for the item.

Delivery & discounts

Our products are crafted with pure botanicals and natural oils (including nut-based oils like Grapeseed). Please review the full ingredient list on each product page and perform a patch test before use. If you have a specific allergy concern, please contact us before ordering.
Once your order has been carefully handmade and shipped, you will receive an automatic Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include your USPS Tracking Number and a direct link to track your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the email.
All products are handmade with care. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. For large or highly customized orders, this may extend up to 7 business days before shipping. After shipping via USPS, delivery time typically takes an additional 3-5 business days within the United States.
No, we currently only ship within the United States. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
