How can I apply a coupon or discount code? You can enter your coupon or discount code on the Shopping Cart page or during Checkout. Please be sure to look for the field labeled ‘Coupon Code’ or ‘Apply Discount’ and click ‘Apply’ to see the discount reflected in your total. What forms of payment do you accept? Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final except in the case of damage during shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Once your order has been carefully handmade and shipped, you will receive an automatic Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include your USPS Tracking Number and a direct link to track your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the email.

All products are handmade with care. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. For large or highly customized orders, this may extend up to 7 business days before shipping. After shipping via USPS, delivery time typically takes an additional 3-5 business days within the United States.
