2. Products & Pricing

• Accuracy: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
• Availability: Certain products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy covered in our FAQ.
  • Due to the artisanal, small-batch nature of our alchemy, slight variations in color, scent, or texture may occur. These are a result of using raw, seasonal botanicals and traditional extraction methods; they do not impact the vibrational quality or efficacy of the product.
  • While our products are crafted with traditional herbal lore and intention, they are sold for aesthetic and ritual use. We do not guarantee specific spiritual or energetic outcomes.
• Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final except in the case of damage during shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

3. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. The Alchemist’s Journey is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Alchemist’s Journey and protected by international copyright laws. This includes all proprietary ritual instructions, Sanskrit product naming conventions, and unique botanical formulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall The Alchemist’s Journey, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services.

Our formulations contain potent plant extracts, nut butters, and essential oils. We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test before full application. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the ingredient lists for any known personal allergens.

7. Returns & Damages

If your product arrives damaged, please email high-resolution images of the damage to alchemistsjourney.life@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order (as shown in the tracking confirmation). Once we verify the damage, we will issue a full refund or replacement for the item.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States of America.
